肿瘤课题组

  肿瘤课题组成立于2014年,实验室面积约100平方米,拥有倒置荧光显微镜、生物安全柜、细胞培养箱、分析天平、PCR仪、超声破碎仪等细胞与分子生物学常用设备。研究所里配备流式细胞仪、激光共聚焦显微镜等重要仪器设备,影像平台具有小动物PET/CT、7T小动物核磁共振(MRI)、小动物超声成像、小动物活体光学成像等最为先进的小动物专用高分辨率分子影像设备,能较好的满足实验室细胞、分子生物学、动物实验的需要。

 
 
  研究方向:

  肿瘤课题组的研究方向是肿瘤动物模型创制,并以动物模型为基础进行肿瘤的比较医学研究。课题组以肿瘤动物模型创制为主体,充分借助研究所具有的优势平台和资源,针对肿瘤动物模型创制,开展原创性、前沿性和系统性研究。课题组在研究过程中强调互助协作、资源共享,提倡交叉学科的融合,利用肿瘤动物模型揭示肿瘤发生、发展的机制,并且为肿瘤治疗及抗癌药物研发提供有力工具。

  科研成果:

  目前课题组拥有人源性肿瘤异种移植模型(PDX)、皮下/原位移植性肿瘤小鼠模型,脑转移瘤、肺转移瘤小鼠模型,应用双光子显微镜成像技术构建的小鼠脑转移瘤活体成像模型等300余种,并且能够利用肿瘤动物模型进行抗癌药物的筛选及药效学评价,以及进行相关的细胞生物学与分子生物学检测。
