Research Directions:

Mice and cell damage models were established to explore the cellular and molecular mechanism of radiation and chemotherapy on normal tissues, especially hematopoietic stem cells, so as to provide experimental basis for the development of protective measures against tissue damage. On this basis, other tissue adult stem cell injury and intervention studies were discussed.

Staff Composition:

Scientific Research Achievements:

1) The radiation injury model was established, including whole-body irradiation, local irradiation inducing hematopoietic immunity, intestinal, brain, lung and skin injury models, to provide a basis for the study of radiation injury mechanism and intervention; The article was published in Cancer Res; Blood magazines;

Radiation damage to the hematopoietic system

radiation injury of intestine

Skin and hair damage caused by local irradiation

2) Research on tissue stem cell damage mechanism and intervention mechanism to explore the molecular mechanism and intervention of radiation on tissue stem cell damage, so as to provide a research basis for the prevention and treatment of toxic and side effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy; Articles have been published in Free Radic Biol Med, Nature Med, Int J Radiat Oncol Biol Phys, etc. Obtained 4 patents.
