环境污染与健康课题组

  背景介绍:

  人类的工业化进程加剧了环境的污染,其中空气污染导致心血管疾病、中风、慢阻肺等疾病的上升。室内环境作为人生活的主要场所同时收到室内污染、室外污染和居民三者的共同作用。研究室内环境对提高人生活品质有重要意义。室内环境中的化学污染物种类随着工业的发展成指数增长,而关于室内环境污染下,微生物的进化规律却研究滞后,我们将专注于主要挥发性污染物与微生物的关系,并利用线虫、无菌动物建立评价室内微生物环境的方法。此外,我们利用多种动物模型对于主要的空气污染物PM2.5的生物危害和机制进行挖掘。随着我国深空探测工程的进行,如何在外太空环境中保证宇航员的健康是一个关键问题。我们课题组利用三维随机定位回旋仪模拟微重力效应,通过不同的动物模型来研究失重环境下的生理变化及其机制(心血管功能失调、肌肉萎缩、失重性骨质流失、免疫功能下降、航天贫血症和空间运动病等);宇宙辐射对健康的危害(肿瘤发生、白内障等);长期幽闭环境对心理的影响(空间乘员心理相容性、环境心理适应性等)等。

 
 
  研究方向:
  1)人居室环境中化学污染物与微生物的互作及其潜在的健康风险;
  2)PM2.5污染对呼吸系统疾病发生和发展的影响;
  3)利用不同动物模型对太空环境长期驻留的健康危害进行评价和干预。
