代表论著

龚佳男，1986年出生，籍贯河南，细胞生物学家，医学实验动物研究所研究员，博士生导师。2004年考入西北农林科技大学生物技术专业，2008年获得学士学位。2008-2013年在北京协和医学院基础学院进行硕博连读培养，攻读博士学位，从事microRNAs在正常造血和肿瘤中的功能机制研究。2013年底进入澳大利亚伊丽莎白霍尔医学研究所/墨尔本大学生物医学系进行博士后研究工作，主要研究细胞凋亡与肿瘤。2020年10月聘为中国医学科学院&北京协和医学院助理教授，2021年聘任为研究员。

主要从事肿瘤疾病模型创制和致病机理研究。通过建立小鼠、类器官等多种肿瘤疾病模型，结合CRISPSR/Cas9文库筛选等技术，系统开展肿瘤发生发展、转移和耐药机制研究，预期寻找新的抗癌靶点，为新抗癌药物研发和联合用药提供生物学依据。近年来在Cancer Discovery, Blood, Cell Death and Differentiation 等杂志发表多篇研究型论文。
